Abstract Submission Guidelines

⇨ All presenter needs to submit the abstracts online by clicking on the tab below before 31st December 2026.
⇨ The Abstract should be related to Breast Oncology.
⇨ Summaries of new, ongoing and updated research (Original work, Case report, preliminary data, and thesis work) will be acceptable for submission and presentation.
⇨ An abstract may not contain any illustrations, images. One table can be submitted if crucial to judge the quality of abstract.
⇨ Presenting author to be highlighted in bold and underline. The abstract author will be notified by email about its acceptance and other details.
⇨ Accepted presenters must adhere to deadlines and guidelines, and they must promptly respond to communication.
⇨ Abstract must be typed and presented in English (Introduction/Methods/Results/Conclusion).
⇨ Use the Font type Calibri and Font Size 12. The Abstract written should not exceed 500 words.
⇨ Capitalize the first letter of all words in your title. However, do not capitalize article words such as "a", "the", "and" & "of" unless the article is the first word of the title.
⇨ Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.
⇨ Each abstract paper will be evaluated by judges and the corresponding author will be appropriately informed for their selection.
